Working with the Senior Procurement Manager, as the Procurement Manager for the Estates and Facilities category, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value and complex procurement projects that support the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient Estates and Facilities services across the region. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions in line with service need, achieve significant savings and efficiencies, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Main Areas of Responsibility
- Lead high value Estates and Facilities collaborative procurement projects
- Deliver savings, efficiencies, and value-for-money outcomes across the portfolio
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle across a range of Estates and Facilities category projects, including market analysis, supplier engagement, tender development, evaluation and contract award, ensuring successful mobilisation and effective contract management throughout the contract lifecycle.
