Our Outreach Service provides personalised, community-based support to individuals across the Greater Glasgow area. We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team on a 20-hour-per-week basis.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing tailored support that enables individuals to live as independently as possible, including:
    • Supporting with everyday tasks such as shopping, attending appointments, and household responsibilities.
    • Encouraging people to develop practical life skills and confidence in managing their daily routines.
    • Helping individuals access and enjoy their local community through activities such as visiting cafés, going to the cinema, attending events, and pursuing personal interests.
    • Building positive relationships that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and independence.
