This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self driven pharmacy technician to join our small pharmacy team. This is a role that continues to develop and expand and an opportunity for you to shape the role of the technician. Job Duties include:
- Medication reconciliation of clinical letters and hospital discharges.
- Supporting the repeat dispensing process
- Patient medication queries
- Medication shortages
- Medication recall processes
- In house audits re CQC/QOF/Medicines Optimisation Schemes
- Supporting shared care Medication Safety alerts
- Providing a link for various stakeholders including community pharmacies and secondary care
