We are seeking a Workplace Experience Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a high‑performing workplace. Working closely with the Regional Workplace Services Managers and Key Account Manager, you will support the delivery of exceptional building services while creating a safe, welcoming environment that enhances employee wellbeing and productivity.

We are seeking a proactive and autonomous individual who can identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Through effective collaboration with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, you will directly influence workplace quality, operational continuity and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee workplace services across multiple sites, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day cleaning and workplace operations, proactively resolving issues and maintaining service quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring services align with business needs.
  • Lead, coach and support regional workplace teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure efficient and cost‑effective service delivery.
  • Oversee supplier performance and service contracts, ensuring value and compliance with agreed standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, ESG and workplace policies across the portfolio.
  • Analyse performance data, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and implement improvements that enhance the workplace experience.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Operational facilities or workplace management experience across multiple sites.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Financial awareness, including budget management and supplier or contract oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, compliance and ESG or sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
