What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a service so good that our brokers shout about us.
  • Be there when our brokers need us in a way which suits them.
  • You’ll communicate with brokers over the phone and by email along with representing the Society at road shows, industry events and functions.
  • Managing and developing your designated territory by creating long‑lasting relationships with new and existing brokers to grow business opportunities and increase multiple submitters.
  • Handling queries with confidence whether it’s about our products, services, or anything else they need.
  • Staying up to date on all our products and services so you’re always ready to share your knowledge and support with our brokers whilst thinking of ways to make improvements.
  • Managing applications through to completion where possible to make the broker experience easy.
  • Networking and relationship building with stakeholders inside and outside the Society.
  • Developing business plans and engaging in regular sales meetings to look for ways to deliver business objectives.
