Job Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to boost literacy and numeracy.
- Assisting with phonics sessions and early reading development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills.
- Helping with classroom preparation and activities.
- Monitoring pupil progress and offering tailored support where needed.
