Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting Key Stage 1 learners? This welcoming two-form entry primary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, working closely with teachers to support early learning, phonics development, and core skills. Job Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to boost literacy and numeracy.
  • Assisting with phonics sessions and early reading development.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Helping with classroom preparation and activities.
  • Monitoring pupil progress and offering tailored support where needed.
