Crawford & Company is seeking a Senior Liability Adjuster to join our Midlands team in Birmingham. You will manage a mixed caseload of third party liability claims up to £100k, traveling regionally and working across office and home environments.
You’ll build strong client relationships, meet SLAs and KPIs, and collaborate with colleagues across Property, Major & Complex Loss and Legal Services to ensure thorough, timely settlement or denial when required.
