The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported, encouraged, and able to reach their full potential.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.
Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Encourage independence while adapting support to meet individual learning needs.
Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
