Hays Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Support Assistants for welcoming primary schools across Yardley (B25) for September 2026. You may support one pupil throughout the school day, or lead focused activities with a small group to help pupils access learning.

You could be a strong fit if you have supported children with SEN in a school or similar setting and bring patience, empathy and resilience to your work. Full-time and part-time roles are available.
