Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Support children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and SEMH.
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress.
Foster positive relationships that encourage confidence, engagement, and independence.
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
