Hays Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Support Assistants for September 2026 across primary schools in Edgbaston (B15).

Roles include supporting individual pupils or small groups and helping pupils access learning within the classroom.

Successful candidates will bring patience, empathy and the ability to build positive relationships, with or without prior SEN experience.

Multiple full-time and part-time placements available across the academic year.
