- Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements.
- A profound understanding of the elements which compose effective behaviour management.

Small Heath Leadership Academyis a secondary school in Birmingham. We joined Star Academies in 2018 and, like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism.
