Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Quality Improvement Lead in Birmingham. The post holder will support staff to diagnose areas for quality improvement, present complex information to stakeholders, and plan improvement designs and implementations across services.

The role involves leading specific continuous improvement projects, providing expert advice on QI approaches, and teaching at various levels of Quality Improvement while engaging service users.
