The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children's development and committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping them to achieve their learning goals.
Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and learning resources.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils with varying learning abilities, including those with additional needs where required.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing.
