Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and highly organised Administrator & Marketing Administrator to join our Birmingham office.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to support both the administrative and marketing functions of the business while playing an important part in driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Customer Service
  • Respond to customer enquiries received via telephone, email, website, and social media channels.
  • Prepare and issue quotes for new and existing customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers following marketing campaigns, introduction emails, quotations, and training enquiries and convert into bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Assist with training coordination, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Produce and manage training certificates and course documentation.
  • Order and maintain office stationery, training materials, and resources.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and arrange deliveries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Office Manager on a variety of tasks.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Marketing
  • Create engaging marketing content and advertisements using Canva and other design platforms.
  • Design advertisements for industry publications, magazines, brochures, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and update company social media platforms, including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist with website updates and promotional content as needed.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Mail Merges and Emails.
  • Develop and send introduction emails to prospective customers and follow up opportunities by telephone.
  • Maintain customer databases in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Promote training courses and company services through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Training Coordination
  • Liaise with Office Manager, instructors, accredited bodies, and customers to organise training courses.
  • Prepare training materials, literature, examinations, and course documentation.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
  • Assist in welcoming candidates attending training courses at our facilities.
  • Promote upcoming training courses through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing activities.
