Our client offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with bonus opportunities bringing the OTE to approximately £40,000. The position operates from Monday to Friday, with an expectation of working 1 in 2 Saturdays, compensated with a weekday off. Duties
- Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards, ensuring vehicle safety and accuracy
- Clearly explain test results and recommend repairs or remedial work where necessary
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the testing process
- Support the workshop team with general duties when required
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment
Requirements
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on vehicle safety
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
