We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller to join a busy fleet operation. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet compliance, investigating vehicle damage and accidents, and ensuring vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and inspections
- Manage fleet compliance and maintenance schedules
- Investigate vehicle damage, defects, and accident reports
- Liaise with suppliers, garages, and contractors
- Review and challenge repair quotations and costs
- Support insurance and claims processes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and fleet documentation
- Work closely with drivers to promote safety and compliance
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
