The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham is seeking a Learning Disability and Autism Liaison Nurse to support MDTs, assess needs and develop care plans for patients with learning disabilities and autism. The role focuses on patient-centred, safe, high-quality care across pre-operative, perioperative and post-operative care, with advocacy for patients and families.
You will work within the Vulnerabilities Team, promoting access and reducing health inequalities.
