Prometheus is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in Birmingham to lead patient safety and provide compassionate care during transfers and bed watches. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate interventions in time-critical situations, using crisis intervention and de-escalation skills to keep patients and staff safe.

You will draft precise handovers, coordinate with ward teams, AMHPs and partners, and model professionalism while safeguarding both children and adults.
