Sav’s Hotel is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands‑on Hotel Manager to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation and overall management of our 24‑room property.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a hands‑on environment, and has the leadership skills to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience from check‑in to check‑out.

The successful candidate will oversee the smooth running of the hotel, lead and support the team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and service, and help drive occupancy, guest satisfaction, and the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the 24‑room hotel.

Oversee front‑of‑house, housekeeping, maintenance, and general hotel operations.

Lead, motivate, and manage hotel staff, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests have a positive and memorable stay.

Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and room allocations where required.

Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue performance.

Work with staff to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the property.

Coordinate maintenance and ensure any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Manage stock, supplies, and ordering where necessary.

Ensure hotel policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and relevant regulations are followed.

Assist with recruitment, training, staff scheduling, and performance management.

Identify opportunities to improve the hotel's service, reputation, and profitability.

Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.

Be hands‑on and willing to assist with operational duties when required.
