Broadway Academy Trust is seeking an ambitious Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to lead safeguarding and child protection across the Academy. You will work closely with senior leaders to maintain statutory compliance, oversee policies, and support staff in safeguarding best practice.
You will coordinate inter-agency safeguarding work, train Year Link DSLs, and manage challenging conversations with students and parents, helping create a safe, supportive learning environment.
