We are seeking a Data Coordinator with excellent analytical and communication skills to support the creation and maintenance of regular and ad hoc management and operational reports. This role will play a key part in supporting reporting activities across the contract while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
We are looking for an individual who can support the Head of Performance, Data and Performance Managers with system reconciliation, data alignment, reporting requirements and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, timely data and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain regular operational reports across the contract.
- Investigate and resolve escalated reporting anomalies.
- Support Data and Performance Managers with the development of new reporting requirements.
- Extract data from systems to support operational and performance reporting.
- Review regular reports, identifying trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
- Manage proactive system error resolution to ensure work order alignment with client CAFM and integrator systems.
- Support work order reconciliations, data alignment activities and cancellation request processing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, respond to data-related queries, and validate data to ensure reliability and completeness.

- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL).
