Job Description

We are seeking a Performance and Data Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data is available to support strategic decision-making, service improvement, and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain regular operational performance reports across the contract.
  • Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce performance reports for senior leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, governance, and work order reconciliation activities.
  • Manage and optimise data systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and CAFM integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide expert data advice.
  • Promote best practice in data literacy, performance management, and continuous service improvement.
  • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Experience of MAS.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to a range of audiences.
  • CAFM and Facilities Management (FM) experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • API integration experience.
