Job Description
We are seeking a Performance and Data Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data is available to support strategic decision-making, service improvement, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular operational performance reports across the contract.
- Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce performance reports for senior leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Oversee data collection, validation, governance, and work order reconciliation activities.
- Manage and optimise data systems, reporting tools, dashboards, and CAFM integrations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide expert data advice.
- Promote best practice in data literacy, performance management, and continuous service improvement.
- Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience of MAS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to a range of audiences.
- CAFM and Facilities Management (FM) experience.
- Power BI experience.
- API integration experience.
