At the Janet Shaw Clinic, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and passionate clinical deputy to join our team. We also ask that they are able to work within a team, but also autonomously, using their own initiative to oversee and support the unit. We are a Medium Secure Service for up to 15 males with forensic and complex trauma histories. This is interesting, at times challenging, but very rewarding work. No two days are the same!

The post of clinical deputy is required to support the clinical lead for the unit, with a huge focus on the safety and quality aspects of patient care.
