Hall Green Junior School is a popular and successful four form entry school. The Governors wish to appoint a Clerical Assistant to join our hard-working administration team.
As a Clerical Assistant, your role will include:
- Support to pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
- Reception and telephone duties – dealing with any enquiries
- Photocopying and general administration duties
- Typing and data entry into school database systems
- Supporting teachers with clerical work
- Being trained as a first aider
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, along with a high level of oral and written communication skills are essential.
