We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Architectural Assistant with strong Revit experience and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
You will be experienced in working closely with architectural and/or interior design teams, and have had involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical design, detailing and construction documentation from Stage 3 onwards.
- Overview
- Support the design and delivery of innovative architectural projects from concept through to construction.
- Assist with all stages of the design process including feasibility studies, concept design, planning submissions, detailed design, specifications and tender documentation.
- Produce technical drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, details and construction information.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants and contractors to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute to design development, problem-solving and technical coordination activities.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed project deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
- Commercial experience following completion of RIBA Part II (or equivalent qualification).
- Demonstrable experience in architectural design, technical detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper and/or 3Ds Max would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong graphic presentation and communication abilities.
- Creative thinker with a sound technical understanding of building design and construction.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and perform well within deadline-driven environments.
- Experience within complex technical building projects or critical infrastructure environments would be beneficial.
- You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
