The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Flexi/Bendi and Counterbalance Forklift Operatives to join our client based in Biggleswade. We are seeking skilled individuals who can work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation, supporting the smooth and timely movement of goods throughout the warehouse.

Shifts Available:

  • 4 On / 4 Off - Days: 06:00-18:00hrs
  • 4 On / 4 Off - Nights: 18:00-06:00hrs

Pay rate is £14.45 per hour for day shifts and £15.45 per hour for night shifts. Overtime rate is £18 per hour for the 5th shift worked in the same week.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
  • Operating Flexi/Bendi/VNA Forklift Trucks in the warehouse
  • Using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock records
  • Supporting stock rotation and consolidation
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards using a 'clean as you go' approach
  • Liaising directly with customers to support service expectations
  • Conducting equipment checks where required
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving processes
  • Safely lifting and moving heavy items
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience operating Pivot Steer, Flexi/Bendi Counterbalance, PPT or Aisle Master equipment
  • In-date, accredited FLT licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and safely
