TBC are proud to be working with one of the UKs leading distribution companies and are recruiting for Bendi Flexi/VNA Forklift Operatives for either day or night shift patterns:

Shifts are 4 on 4 off 6am-6pm - days or 6pm - 6am for night shifts, working 5 over 7 days, candidates must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.

Pay rates are £14.45 per hour for day shift and £15.45 per hour for night shifts. Overtime of £18 per hour is paid for working the 5th shift within the same payroll week.

Shifts Available

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
  • Using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock records
  • Supporting stock rotation and consolidation
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards using a "clean as you go" approach
  • Liaising directly with customers to support service expectations
  • Conducting equipment checks where required
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving processes
  • Safely lifting and moving heavy items
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience operating VNA, Bendi/Flexi Licence Forklift Trucks
  • In-date, accredited FLT licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and safely
