Zest Optical Recruitment is working alongside a long-established independent Opticians in Kent to recruit a full-time GOC registered Dispensing Optician. The role is primarily based in Bexleyheath, although the practice would ideally like someone who is happy to support their Sevenoaks and Chislehurst locations as well. They are, however, flexible for the right person if they are only able to work from one practice.

Dispensing Optician - The Role

  • Ideally based between Bexleyheath, Sevenoaks and Chislehurst
  • Flexible for the right candidate if they are only able to work from one practice
  • Deliver a personalised dispensing experience with a strong focus on customer care
  • Work with an extensive range of premium eyewear brands including Bvlgari, Kate Spade, Savile Row and Silhouette
  • Provide expert dispensing advice and styling recommendations
  • Work alongside another experienced Dispensing Optician and a knowledgeable, supportive team

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm (Saturday forms part of the normal working week. Although the practice closes at 2:00pm, you are paid for a full working day and it counts as a full day for annual leave purposes.)

Salary and Benefits

  • £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
