Cairn Housing Association is recruiting a Housing Officer (Income) to join our team, supporting landlord health and safety compliance for tenants in over 5000 homes across Scotland. The role reports to the Income Manager and focuses on delivering an outstanding Income Management Service and housing management, including debt recovery and enforcement where needed.
You will advise customers on benefit and welfare entitlement, manage rent arrears, coordinate multi-agency partnerships, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
