We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GIS and Planning Policy Assistant to join our Planning Information Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of the Council's Geographic Information System (GIS), spatial data resources, and planning policy evidence base. The successful candidate will assist in the creation, management and analysis of geographic data and mapping products, supporting the preparation of spatial data for planning policy documents, evidence studies, public consultations and the Council's Local Plan. You will work closely with colleagues across the authority, elected members, external partners and members of the public, helping to deliver high-quality spatial information and planning services.
