Duties
- Carrying out trailer servicing, inspections, and repairs
- Supporting the planning and prioritisation of daily workshop workloads
- Leading by example as a senior technician within the team, fulfilling responsibilities of the Trailer Workshop Supervisor
- Ensuring health and safety standards are strictly maintained
- Completing job cards and accurate workshop documentation
- Mentoring and supporting junior Technicians
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and minimising vehicle downtime
- Contributing to workshop organisation and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Trailer or HGV Technician
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
- Hands‑on approach with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to support and guide team members confidently
