We are currently recruiting for the role of Vehicle Damage Assessor on behalf of our client, a well-established independent bodyshop located in Basingstoke. Salary and benefits

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 5pm

Duties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor
- Assessing vehicle damage accurately to determine repair needs
- Planning work schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of repair processes and estimations
- Providing high-quality customer service to foster customer loyalty and referrals
- Ensuring high standards of workplace organisation and administration
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient repair services as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
Requirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop environment
- ATA qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
- ATA current or expired accreditation is acceptable
- Experience with Audatex estimation system is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude
