The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 Β£ per year.
Experienced Document Controller required on a 12 month temporary basis to join a reputable leading tier 1 contractor based in Basingstoke. This will be to oversee an array of sites across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire & Surrey.
As Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Document Management Systems, preferably with experience using Dalux or A-site. The type of project you will oversee are a number of residential sites.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all project documentation and ensuring it is filed correctly in line with company protocol.
- Assist both client and stakeholders with relevant systems training when required.
- Continuous maintenance and management of systems throughout the duration of the project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within the construction industry is fundamental.
- Hold a strong understanding of quality assurance and ISO19650.
- Previous knowledge and prior experience of the implementation of document management processes and procedures is desirable.
