Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is recruiting a full-time Patient Flow Co-ordinator for the Basildon Emergency Department. The role focuses on coordinating administrative processes around the patient journey, monitoring flow, and ensuring timely discharge or transfer with clinical staff support.

You will work with Consultants and Nurses, maintain accurate records in the EPR/Medway system, and communicate with the Discharge lounge and ambulance services to support efficient patient flow.
