We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) as a Data Systems Administrator within our Occupational Health Department. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will support the administrative function of the department and be responsible for the smooth running and operation of the Occupational Health Software system (CORITY).
To be responsible for maintaining data ensuring accuracy and validity and be able to prepare and present data for the MSEFT sites and contracted external customers. Some of the key requirements are outlined below:
- To produce data fit for the purpose of presenting to Board level.
- Proficient use of Excel and be able to manipulate and generate data from OH software and create excel reporting packages at short notices.
- Proficient with other presentation software like Tableau for accurate data presentation.
- Knowledge and Experience of Coding will be desirable.
- Assisting in maintaining the diaries of the clinical team, using the CORITY system.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring stock levels of office stationery, leaflets and other consumables is maintained.
- To report all accident/incidents on Datix.
- Attend department meetings as required.
- Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable service maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times.
- Liaise and communicate effectively highly sensitive complex information concerning medical records relating to staff members.
- Maintain Trust policy regarding confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
- Assist in the investigation and collection of information/data relating to incidents.
- Use CORITY reports to collate the relevant information for monthly and quarterly invoicing.
