Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Matron for the Critical Care Unit to provide expert clinical and managerial leadership across the Critical Care Services. You will work with the Lead Clinician, Service Manager and Head of Professions to develop standards, policies and a patient-centred care vision.
You will supervise senior nursing staff, mentor other nurses, and ensure high clinical standards while supporting patient flow and incident readiness in crisis or major incidents.
