Our Outpatients Call Centre, based at Basildon Centre, St Martins Square offices are on the second floor of the building which is situated in the Town Centre of Basildon.

Please note this role is 50% telephone work & 50% admin. Upon appointment you may be expected to work in one of the main site hospitals (Basildon, Broomfield or Southend) for training and learning purposes, with you then moving to the office in Basildon Town Centre once competencies have been met.

SHIFTS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM. FOR PART TIME APPLICATIONS, A MINIMUM OF 3 FULL DAYS ARE REQUIRED (9AM - 5PM) PER WEEK.

As part of the central booking team, you will be responsible for booking both new and follow up appointments across Basildon, Broomfield and Southend.
