  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in compliance management, risk assessment, file auditing, and regulatory oversight.
  • Ability to oversee and maintain firm-wide compliance systems and procedures.
