Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Production Worker looking to build their experience within a busy manufacturing environment.
You'll be responsible for producing and packing products, completing production documentation and supporting the smooth and efficient running of manufacturing operations.

Morning Shift
- Monday to Thursday, 6am-2pm.
- Friday, 6am-12pm.
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm.
- Friday, 12pm-6pm.
- Key Duties
- Work effectively as part of a production team to ensure all delivery priorities are achieved within deadlines.
- Produce and pack a complete range of products in line with Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
- Complete all production documentation to a high standard through to sign-off.
- Clean, maintain and prepare your own work area and equipment.
- Replenish stock and supplies to support the smooth running of manufacturing operations.
- Support other production areas as required.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Analytical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work confidently with technical and numerical information.
- Good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proactive, professional, reliable and respectful approach to work.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical engineering skills, experience or aptitude.
- Good level of general health and wellbeing.
- Ability to work in an enclosed, indoor manufacturing environment.
