NWF Agriculture are looking for an Operational Administrator to join our team based at our Umberleigh site on a permanent full time basis.

Supporting all administration duties surrounding the operation, working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the site.

  • Day to Day
  • Arrange and coordinate loads from our mills and docks for delivery to farms and other sites
  • Managing dispatching and receipting weights from invoices and external suppliers
  • Effective contract management from setup to closure of contracts whilst minimising charges
  • Generating and inputting purchase and sales contracts to correlate with the mills and docks
  • Inputting trader ordersinto the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales to ensure no delay to deliveries
  • Act as the point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, raw materials and trading departments providing support and solving queries
  • Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales
  • Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information through accurate reporting
