What your day to day will look like
- Leading Operations
- Coordinate rotas and staff cover.
- Support training and team development.
- Communication across departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain checks/logs and report key issues

- Lead staff briefings and lifeguard rotations.
- Respond to incidents and customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
