Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the learning and development programmes.
- Collaborate with an established team to enhance educational outcomes.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Learning Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
