The predicted salary is between 33300 - 40700 £ per year.

Our client who is one of the UK’s fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a MOT Technician based at their retail centre in Southport.

As a MOT Technician would be responsible for completing MOTs on customers cars, as well as other light repair work.

To be applicable for this role you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician.

You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

OTE: Uncapped and realistic £3,600

Shift and schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

  • Fast fit duties as and (when required)
  • Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets
  • Working with other centre departments (Service, Parts, etc) and ensuring that they are well informed
  • Ensure the correct DVSA process is followed

To be a MOT Technician you will need

  • Valid UK driving licence – Essential
  • Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)
  • Experience as an MOT Tester
  • A valid MOT licence – Essential
  • Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
  • Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
