Referral & Intake Coordinator

  • Maintain administrative systems and processes to guarantee an efficient and effective service that supports the delivery of CHC appeals process, and backlog clearance.
  • Be a key member of the ICB’s Complex care administrative function, this role will provide administrative support to the Clinicians and managerial members.
  • Responsible for the gathering supporting documentation for CHC appeals.
  • Required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
