This BANK role will require day, evening and weekend working. Hours dependent on availability and appointment bookings.

To support and manage, co-ordinate, plan delivery of a waiting list initiative project for children's ASD diagnostics. This will include stock control, booking appointments, formatting follow up letters & reports, answering queries from staff and service users, escalating where required.

Location of work may vary across Newham sites.

Main duties include:

  • Formatting and checking clinical correspondence, reports, letters to GPs, legal professionals, service users and other agencies.
  • Organising all clinic appointments on RiO and liaising with MDT.
  • Arranging any necessary transport and/or interpreters, and booking clinic rooms for any clinic appointments when required.
  • Responsible for liaising/communicating with patients, legal professionals, other clinicians and members of the multidisciplinary team as appropriate.

This is for Bank Band 4 Patient Pathway co-ordination of a waiting list initiative for ASD diagnostics only.
