Contract Type: As & When

Job Shifts: Night shifts between 20:00 and 08:00, with the service operating 365 days a year

Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale Band 2, aligned with AFC, at £12.92 per hour. Enhanced pay applies for weekend and bank holiday shifts, with uplifts of up to 41% for Saturdays and up to 83% for Sundays and bank holidays

Location: Community-based in Lincolnshire covering Boston, Grantham and Lincoln

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant recent experience providing care in a Health or Social Care Environment, including caring for patients at the end of life.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them.
  • Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently.
  • Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driving license and business insurance.
  • You must be able to travel to the Lincoln, Boston and Grantham bases as required.
