Complex Care Administrator:
- Will provide a high-quality service for CLCH to support in the effective delivery of the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Appeals process, and back log clearance.
- Will be the first point of contact for all CHC appeals.
- Will liaise with clinicians, appellants and/or their representatives, and NHS England to ensure all appeals regarding Continuing Healthcare are robust, transparent, and timely.
- Will independently co-ordinate appeals within set time scales. The post holder will collect and collate all data relating to appeals completion and present reports.
