The predicted salary is between 37035 - 45265 £ per year.

Please note that, although this is a Bank position, the majority of administrative roles are offered on a full-time basis. Ad-hoc evening and weekend shifts are not available.

Applicants should have experience of working with the general public on a day to day basis. Experience of clerical work and having excellent organisational skills would be beneficial. Well developed communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team are vital requirements for this post.

To work under the direction of the Temporary Staffing Team to deal sensitively and effectively with telephone calls and take messages and pass to the relevant members of staff in the Department. A good working knowledge of Outlook and its systems i.e. excel/word/access, correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning and inputting/processing of data, resolving and flagging issues accordingly. Word processing of letters, reports and minutes. Adhere to all Trust policies and procedures in relation to Confidentiality and Data Protection for sensitive information, in particular patient data.
