Bydd gennych brofiad o ddarparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol yn ogystal â sgiliau TG a gweinyddu da.
Byddwch yn gweithio'n dda mewn tîm ac yn meddu ar sgiliau rhyngbersonol a chyfathrebu da ynghyd â'r gallu i weithio ar eich menter eich hun.
Dylai fod gan ymgeiswyr o leiaf 5 TGAU ar raddau A * - C (gan gynnwys Saesneg a Mathemateg) neu NVQ lefel 2 mewn maes pwnc perthnasol neu brofiad cyfatebol o weithio ym maes gofal cwsmeriaid gyda phrofiad o fod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf.
